So today was STAR orientation
vanessa and i ate macdonalds together at pioneer mall and when we got to school, the gate was locked so we waited for like 5minutes and we collected the mike things and went to panel room.
outside, we saw YitKiat and some sec ones.
Now, this is so wrong.
not only were we told to come at 8 and the time was 7.30,
YitKiat was not asked by the teachers to be here early.
and the sec ones, totally had nothing to do,
besides preparing to introduce themselves(some of them didnt prepare) and they were at the gate when we came.
we did the sec three's game and then vanessa and mine's (?) and then the sec fours did some zombie game and the scissors, paper, stone.
after that, we moved to the PBL room and listened to people talk, and talk, and talk, and talk, and talk, and talk, and...talk...
the people refers to mr ooi, principal ms tham(?), mr stanley tan, and... 5 top scholars from STAR. (pardon me if i missed out someone)
it was pretty boring overall because it was seriously LONG.
i almost fell asleep during the principal's speech but being the good girl that i am,
i even listened to some of it.
all that time, peiling was writing her fanfic/story/notes/undentifiable words
and shawna tenh was playing/gossiping/talking/joking to the sec 4s/himself.
at one time when the 5 top blah blahs came up to speak, he was saying something like lppls.
figure it out yourself. or if you are really curious, come ask me(:
after that was refreshments, where there was this pizza thing, some kueh thing, some popiah thing and muffins.
i went with vanessa after the refreshments to shop for her new year clothing and shoes.
so we met up with her mom and noel. who apparently completed bomberman.
so we went shopping for awhile and finally found her shoes. whch was white.
and her mother apparently likes bohemian/blingy stuff/golden stuff/ auntie stuff.
so we shopped for her dress at jp and she no-ed alot of things. alot as in ALOT.
so in the end we bought this grey thing but we found a better dress at ice... lemon tea?
today we finally knew why people shop at ice lemon tea.
and then went home and chiong warcraft the whole day. until now. taking a break(:
and i listened to everyone else.
